For your buyers, almost always. Ticket247's fee is the greater of a £1 minimum per order or 10% of face value. Ticketable adds no booking fee — you only pay Stripe's processing at cost — so cheap tickets and single-ticket orders are dramatically better off.
The fee is per order, not per ticket — does that help?
It helps large group bookings, but it penalises the single-ticket buyer, who pays the full minimum alone. If most of your orders are one or two tickets, the effective percentage is high. Ticketable's 0% applies regardless of basket size.
Can I still let buyers pay the fee?
There is no fee to pass on with Ticketable. Because there is no platform or booking fee, you can either advertise a clean face value or price in your own margin — the choice is yours rather than the platform's.
